I am a chemical engineer by training, provide Quality Assurance and Computer System Validation consultancy in the pharmaceutical sector and a food-and-drink obsessive by nature.

For years, I worked across high-performance industries — applying scientific precision, system design, risk management and problem-solving to some of the most technical engineering challenges out there. But behind the equations, complex systems and process models, I was always experimenting with something more sensory: flavour.

I have always believed that the world of food and drink is its own form of engineering — where balance, timing, and chemistry come together to create something deeply human.

That passion has now come full circle with the launch of Ardo — a premium cocktail brand built on the science of taste and the art of mixology. At Ardo, we bring together the rigor of my engineering background with a love for bold, refined flavour experiences. The result is Ardo cocktail Shots: meticulously crafted, ready-to-serve cocktail shots designed for people who appreciate quality without compromise.

Born from my love of salsa music, vibrant Flavours, and handcrafted cocktails. Inspired by the energy of Latin culture and my passion for mixing drinks that bring people together.
